We accept orders from most countries. International orders take 1-3 days to process 3-7 business days to ship, plus transit time; Economy International via UPS Mail Innovations (No tracking beyond departure, 1-4 Weeks on average), USPS Priority Mail International (With tracking, 1-4 Weeks on average). All international customers are subject to the customs laws, duties and taxes of the destination country. If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will not notify you by email. It is the customers responsibility to contact us within 2 weeks. Keep in mind you will also be responsible for any additional shipping charges. If we do not hear from the customer within 2 weeks we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you the amount of the order, less the shipping, $5 usd restocking fee and credit card transaction fees.
Domestic orders take 1-3 days to process and 3-7 business days to ship, plus transit time; UPS 3 Day Select (1-3 Business Days), UPS Ground (1-5 Business Days), UPS Mail Innovations (1-5 Business Days), USPS Media Mail (1-10 Business Days).
Our site is secure and PCI Compliant. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal. If you receive a Gateway Error during checkout, 9.5 times out of 10 this is a credit/debit card billing address issue. Please verify the address of the card with your bank and try one more time. If you're still having problems, do not hesitate to let us know.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once checked out there will be NO RETURN OR EXCHANGES. Please make sure that shipping & billing addresses match as it is crucial for your order to be processed and shipped in a timely manner. *No order modifications, cancellations, exchanges or returns,same for seasonal holiday items, or items marked on sale. All sales are final.
Additional items purchased on the same ticket as a pre-order will not ship until the time specified in the description of the pre-ordered item.
If you need to make changes to your address and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us by phone immediately and we'll take care of it. In the event your order has already gone out, you will be notified when/if USPS returns the package to our warehouse. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping, $5 usd restocking fee and credit card transaction fees. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
